Spirit Guided Reflexology is a calming practice that allows the body, mind, & soul, to fully relax. This relaxed space allows for Spirit to guide the session through an energetic cleansing that brings the body back to a state of homeostasis or balance; creating overall wellness. Focus is primarily on the feet and legs, encouraging a deep relaxation: Detoxifying foot bath Warm towels A particular practice that walks reflex points located throughout the feet, clearing any congestion in the meridian lines. During your session you will be held and supported. This is YOUR time to reconnect with your divine Self. No phones, no technology, no outside world – allow me to provide space for you to just, be. Reflexology can help with: Neuropathy & Nervous System Decrease in Stress & Anxiety Enhance Relaxation & Sleep Improve Memory Headaches Increase Blood Circulation
Cancellation Policy
By booking this appointment you understand: Foot reflexology can be beneficial for people of all ages and health conditions, from infants to seniors. It can be particularly helpful for people who are experiencing stress, anxiety, pain, or other health issues. Foot reflexology SHOULD NOT BE PERFORMED if you have open wounds, skin disease of the feet, fractures to the feet or lower legs, or other active injuries to the feet, thrombosis, recent surgery, active gout, severe circulatory issues, or if you are pregnant and in your first trimester. It is always important to speak with your healthcare provider before trying any new therapy. Due to limited availability for reflexology sessions, Cancellations and/or Reschedules must be made 24 hours in advance. When a cancellation/reschedule is made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, I reserve the right to hold your deposit. If I am able to fill your appointment time, your deposit will be applied to your next visit. (I will always do my best!)
